Rahazetu has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The protection of children is a top priority, and any content or behaviour that endangers a minor is strictly prohibited on our platform.
1. Our standards
The following are strictly forbidden on Rahazetu and will result in immediate account termination and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — images, videos, text, or links.
- Sexualization of minors in any form, including drawn, edited, or AI-generated content.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to exploit, abuse, or endanger a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or trading content that sexually exploits children.
- Any other content or conduct that facilitates harm to children.
2. Minimum age & age verification
The minimum age to use Rahazetu is 13 years. In some regions the law requires a higher minimum age (for example 14, 16, or 18). Where local law sets a higher age, that higher age applies to you. Users below the required age are not permitted to use the app, and any such accounts are removed.
3. Reporting & enforcement
- Users can report any account, post, message, or listing directly inside the app (report option on profiles and content).
- Reports of suspected CSAE are reviewed and acted on with the highest priority. Offending content is removed and the responsible account is permanently banned.
- We use automated image moderation in addition to user reports and human review.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and, where applicable, report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organizations (e.g. NCMEC where applicable).
4. How to report a concern
To report child safety concerns or CSAE, contact our child-safety point of contact:

- In-app: use the "Report" option on any profile, post, or message, or contact Help & Support.
We aim to review and act on child-safety reports as quickly as possible.
5. Legal compliance
Rahazetu complies with applicable child-safety laws and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and the CSAE policy requirements for apps. These standards are reviewed and updated regularly.
