These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rahazetu mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
1. Your account
- You are responsible for your account, your PIN, and all activity that happens under it.
- You must provide accurate information (phone number, name) and keep it up to date.
- You may sign in with your phone number and PIN, or with Google. One account per person.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rahazetu to:
- Post or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that sexualizes or endangers minors.
- Impersonate others, spam, defraud, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Upload malware or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Violate the privacy or rights of other users.
We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, including automatic removal of content that is reported by many users.
3. Content you post
- You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant Rahazetu a license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service so the app can function.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it.
4. Payments
- Some features (such as verification, listings, and contact access) require payment via mobile money.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
5. Moderation & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or the law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahazetu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service, and is not responsible for interactions or transactions between users.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
